Keanu was brilliant. Second time I've used CRE8...wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Used this company as a landlord for a tenant and Steve & Co were very efficient, and kept us informed of their findings and any additional costs.

Very professional and reasonably priced service
Misleading on how much this company charges. I made my booking by phoning and spoke with two different people, initially to enquire and secondly to confirm the job. Was not told that the £85 per hour quoted was not inclusive of VAT. When I phoned to query the bill, response was dismissive. Had been told we had 8am slot, then they confirmed arrival would be between 8-8.30. On the day, no one arrived at those times so I phoned and was told the booking was for 9am so I had to cancel work meeting last minute to accommodate. I had been told the job would take 2-4 hours to complete but when the electrician arrived and ascertained what needed to be done was told they only had a 2-hour window as another job was booked. After phoning the office to complain they shifted their schedule around but only after I complained. This all wasted 2 hours of my work morning and was stressful. I would not use this company again as they are disorganised and misleading on fees. Quality of the work was very good

Punctual, friendly and reliable service/repair!
I hired Cre8 for an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), which initially failed. The team explained the issues clearly and offered practical solutions. Fault finding could have been costly, but the electrician worked quickly and identified the problem within 90 minutes. He resolved the issue and tidied up other minor points in under 2 hours. An updated report was provided a few days later. Very professional and efficient – highly recommended! I will undoubtedly come back for the next cert and any other electrical work.
The plumbing work carried out was excellent. Hassan was very professional and polite and carried out the repairs brilliantly. I have also used this company for electrical work too which was also done very well. I would highly recommend this Company.
Broken sensor garden light removed and new light fitted and light switch renewed, We are delighted with the work carried out by Kevin. He arrived at the time stated, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and left the area clean and tidy. We will certainly use Cre8 in future when a problem arises
We are delighted with the work done by Cre8. The installed a complex lutron lighting system, replaced 100+ LED lights and new consumer units. A big thank you to Kevin who did most of the work and is a 5 star pro!
Steve and team were awesome. I needed an EICR urgently, and they booked me in quickly and shared the report the next day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Polite and professional
Contacted Cre8 Electricity as my immersion heater had broken. I spoke to Hassan initially as I was not sure if I needed an electrician or plumber. He was really helpful, gave me the price of both options and was able to recommend which service I would likely need. The repair was done very quickly (on the same day despite not being urgent) by Owen, who was really courteous and explained everything. He was able to get a replacement heater and get it changed over really quickly.
Cre8 were excellent to deal with when booking the appointment, Stephen rang me promptly after I posted the job and then followed up by email with clear information about the fee and time it would take and availability. Dan (the electrician) turned up on time and called ahead to say he was on his way, he was polite and courteous and spoke to me and not just to my boyfriend! The job was done quickly and neatly and we are very pleased with the results. I would happily have Cre8 do more work for me and would not hesitate to recommend them.
