Great for continuity, I feel, to have the same engineer complete the all the works (about six hours in total). The conversation with the customer service advisor was also a comforting experience. He explained the work that needed to be done in a clear, patient and knowledge manner. I had every confidence that the work would be completed professionally and would not hesitate to recommend them going forward.”
