“Dan (owner of Creative Electrical) arrived within 30 minutes, located the problem and fixed it. As a landlord I had to arrange things very quickly and remotely, but Dan was very responsive to my emergency (out of normal working hours) situation. My tenant who had been left in the dark was also very complimentary of Dan and emailed me, ringing their praises of him. Dan emailed me photos of the faulty equipment with a description of what he had found and the corrective action taken. He throughly exceeded all my expections and more. He went straight into my contacts list if needed in the future.”

He meticulously tested all circuits, and found the offending fault, he installed a new unit, the wiring of which now looked like a thing of beauty, rather than the tangled mess of before! Work was completed cleanly and efficiently.”
