"Nigel came out really quickly to a leaky boiler. After inspecting the issue he advised me on the best course of action, which surprisingly wasn't for him to fix it! Not that he couldn't, just that his previous experience with this issue had meant the job may be bigger than it looked and the manufacturer had a fixed price repair deal which might work better for me. His advice was 100% correct, and worth the call out charge. I'll certainly call him again when the next issue arises or for servicing. In summary, an honest, punctual tradesman, and highly recommended."
