Not that he couldn't, just that his previous experience with this issue had meant the job may be bigger than it looked and the manufacturer had a fixed price repair deal which might work better for me. His advice was 100% correct, and worth the call out charge. I'll certainly call him again when the next issue arises or for servicing. In summary, an honest, punctual tradesman, and highly recommended.”
