I called Mark Crosby to help fix a persistent leak (which previous roofers could not) in my garage/wet room roof. I made the call in the morning and Mark came round the same afternoon to find the source of the leak, assess the damage and explained how he and his team would rectify the problem. The emailed quote was accepted and work started/finished on the same day. Mark and his team were helpful, friendly and respectful from the off, and put me at ease throughout. I did have cause to call Mark back due to a slight problem, but needn't have worried - I received the same courteous, professional service as before. Thank you, Crosby Roofing.

In less than a month from first meeting my old house has been reroofed and tiled. Mark and his men had a great eye for detail and all within the original quote they went the extra mile every time..
