Excellent service, polite and approachable guy that carried out the work, work carried out in a timely manner, didn’t leave the job till he was satisfied there were no leaks, cleaned ares he worked in, no pressure placed on me when options were given, either repair or replace, I chose replace due to length of time valve had been installed, well done and a big thank you to the team, 10/10

Very promptly attended to measure up - goods were ordered and fit within 5 days. Courteous respectful efficient and very tidy. I would use this company again.
Excellent communication from Fia and I don't know who the plumber was but he was quick knowledgeable and professional. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.
The workmen turned up on time each day. They were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. They were clean and tidy and removed all the old equipment when they finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Was very pleased with the service from Croston Plumbing, from initial contact someone came out to price up the work at short notice and turned up when they said they would. They were able to fit the job in on a Saturday again at short notice which was much appreciated due to the fact the boiler had completely broken down by this point. On the day the installer was on time and completed 90% of the work that day. He was polite, professional and hardworking. The full work was completed a few days later, apart from a small issue with the condensation pipe this work was also done to a high standard
