"When I first asked Charlie to do the work I needed it done ASAP as I was looking to move in the following weekend. Charlie within one hour arrived at my house and viewed the works to be done. He then was able to start the following day which was fantastic for me and I really appreciated him working around his own work to cater for my rush of a job. He then carried out all the works quickly and smoothly. He helped me with his profesional Advice on many things regarding the tiling too. I am very happy with how it looks and would definitely recomend Charlie to family and friends."

Unfortunately Charlie disappointed me twice with fixing my bathroom tiles. The first time admittedly was no fault of his as he told me his van was broken into and most of his tools stolen so he had to go to the police to report it on the day he was to fix my bathroom. Second time Charlie promised he would 100% show up and failed to without any form of communication. He is a friendly, likeable person but very unreliable and uncommunicative and for that reason I would not recommend him. Business ethics is everything!
