We got on very well with Nigel & his two sons, even had a good laugh with them, pulling their leg etc. (typical builders they loved a cuppa & munching their way through my wife’s cakes!)

Fixed price contract to supply materials & build a 5.1m x 3.4m extension to the gable end of our bungalow including plumbing, electrical and final decoration to supplied drawings and specifications. All work was completed to a high standard, within allotted time and budget and with the minimum of disruption to family life. Personnel were conscientious, polite and liaison between the builder and building control was clearly very good. On completion all certificates have been received and we are very pleased with the finished product.

Job took longer than anticipated due to materials supply taking longer than anticipated. The finished project is a great success. There was an issue with plumbing aspects of the work, which I resolved. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars in every category.

Standard of work very good. Nigel and his team are very experienced builders and have excellent backup from other specialists as required.

We can't recommend Nigel and his team highly enough. We bought an ugly, dated property. Massive internal and external reno has now given us a much admired stylish modern home. Internal walls removed requiring complicated steelwork, modern staircase put in, an en-suite created, underfloor heating system installed, openings made for bifold & french doors to be fitted and an open plan modern kitchen diner. Outside, landscaping to create new steps and patio as well as complete rendering of the tired old walls. We had our original vision for the house which Nigel listened to and delivered on but also added SO much to with brilliant ideas and improvements we couldn't have thought of. Ask him to quote on any ideas he may have & you won't regret it. Quality of work was superb. 40 yrs experience shows with incredible knowledge, attention to detail & ability to overcome unforeseen challenges. Nigel and team cover all building and reno work, big or small. An excellent builder/contractor.

Work involved removing doors and wall between kitchen and dining room, new flooring and building a wall at one of a new verandah. Just waiting for verandah glazing, otherwise all work carried out on time, efficiently and to a very good standard. We would be happy to use Nigel and Martin again.

Nigel helped us initially with an emergency and was professional and knowledgable as to the work required. He was punctual and reliable and we were very pleased with the finished work. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions and queries.

Nigel and Martin did a fantastic job on our container conversion. We required our 30ft shipping container to be converted into a useable space (bar area) in our garden. The whole work from start to finish was on time, quoted as expected and the quality of work was to a very high standard. They turned our bleak container into a space that you wouldn't be able to tell is a container as it has been completely cladded. The work was also very clean and tidy with updates provided everyday.
