CTC Roofing

CTC removed some clay ridge tiles which they agreed to refit. Their tile refitting was terrible and when we complained they became belligerent, confrontational and aggressive. We withheld part of the final payment to pay a different roofer to make good the damage and they withheld our guarantee which we had to fight for. Dealing with CTC was the most stressful frightening experience. Of greatest concern was they could not see how bad the work was. The builder who repaired the damage could and was great.

Carl arrived as scheduled, made his assessment and having reviewed the roofing material I had pre-purchased, informed me that I had what was needed and how I should go about repairing the roof myself. He said that he wasn't needed and that I should save my money! His honesty and professionalism were very appreciated.

CTC owner Carl was excellent a good review of job and better recommendations than other two clear concise quote came quickly and v nice job done albeit weather delayed last bit v pleased reasonable price v good work tidied up also easy to contact and will respond rapidly if he or his efficient office contacted. Would certainly use again .
