Steve was our engineer and he was friendly and respectful throughout. He even spotted an issue where the gas board hadn’t fitted a new regulator correctly and sorted it out immediately by getting on the phone to them there and then. Real above and beyond service. Last year they also saved me a small fortune by repairing and cleaning my gas fire when others were pushing for a full replacement. Honest, efficient, and highly recommended."
