"We had a disaster late on Christmas Eve when one of our mature horse chestnuts came down. Luckily, no-one was hurt and property damage was minimal. Cypress were closed for the holidays but Andy picked up the missed emergency call and got their team out next working day to clear the site. They also gave a detailed analysis of the cause of the failure and recommended actions for ensuring the safety of our remaining mature trees. For their customer service and professional expertise we have to recommend Cypress - they're amazing! Sandown Lodge, Epsom"
