As this is a rental property and we live 200 miles away we felt Darren was trustworthy and instructed him to go ahead. Darren kept us informed all the way through the job our tenants where extremely happy and commented on his tidiness and friendly attitude. On completion Darren sent a comprehensive set of photographs and his invoice matched his quote. We would recommend D Cramer General Builder”
