"punctual , turned up when agreed, work was good , cracked on original work quoted was for the full ceiling at £360 , during work it was discovered half the ceiling is still solid , so that was left up they still wanted the full £360 for the job though and I had to talk them down to £300 something which annoyed me was they kept staying , all day , that such and such so others would have charged 700 , and such and such , others would have charged this and that , which tbh , grated me , got annoying"
