Overall, I was very happy with the standard of the work. The men were punctual, polite, friendly and really hard working. The overall work ws done to a good standard.
Great service. I called to get a gutter repaired on a Friday morning. That afternoon, someone had dropped in to take a look at the work required and price it up. The price was reasonable and they were back 8.30am on Saturday morning to do the work. Excellent, speedy service with professional, sound workers. Recommended.
Excellent throughout the whole process. Replaced small pitched roof over garage/porch at front of house. Same day assessment and quote when I called, fair and solid advice provided regarding options. All sorted within a few weeks of contact, great communication. Friendly team and finished the job efficiently leaving no mess.
My initial enquiry was answered swiftly,( not always the case!) the inspection of work needed and the estimated cost was done promptly and the repairs carried out shortly after. Any queries I had were explained , I was given fair warning if timings needed to change and the team was fast and efficient. I was most impressed and consider that Dean and his team went above and beyond the care standards customers expect these days and I fully intend to engage the services of this company again.

Having had a problem with my roof for 5 years with multiple 'roofers' doing work. I was recommended Dean & his team. The service was excellent. Dean did an assessment & quote, gave a date when work could be done & came on agreed date & completed the job. The work was excellent, they were professional, courteous tidy & thorough. I have to say Dean & his team went the extra mile with my house, the problem was worse than first thought yet they got on and fixed it involving extra work & materials yet honoured the original quote, I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate in saying they have restored my faith in tradesmen after multiple bad experiences. They are professional to a fault and worth waiting for in order to get a job done well. I am extremely grateful and relieved to know the problem with my roof has eventually been fixed
I've used this company before with exceptional service and again they don't disappoint. On finding a leak coming through the roof at my mams I called Dean straight away and he was out within a couple of hrs to have a look and give me an estimate. He showed me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Sent me photos whilst doing the work and communication has been great along the way. Couldn't recommend enough 1st class service everytime thank you so much Dean you've done a class job 👍

The work was carried out efficiently and to a superb standard. I was very impressed with the communication of this company throughout the process. All work was completed on time, and I was kept informed from the first consultation. Excellent work.
Quick reply on enquiry and initial assessment. Planned in advance, punctual and completed in one day. An unforseen snag was explained and the solution was completed to my satisfaction.
Teams arrived promptly, did a great job and were pleased to deal with. Cleared all the rubbish away.

Had trouble with broken gutter & down pipe full of water. The lads came and cleaned out gutter, emptied downpipe & fitted new piece. They were polite & professional. Would recommend them. Very reasonable. Thanks lads.

I was contacted via phone after I made the request and a team that was working close by came to my property within half an hour. I initially thought the issue was the roof and was advised it was the chimney, informed what was required to make the fix and I arranged to go ahead. The work was completed on Saturday and an excellent service all round from start to finish from a family company.
