“From the first point of contact John and Ben were professional and helpful. Always on time when organising dates and times. The price was what we had expected and the delivery time was good. They arrived at 9am and worked through to finish the job. Dust sheets were put down and they took away all of the packaging and old Velux windows. The windows are of high quality and they did a fantastic job. We would definitely use them again.”

Great service from guys who know their trade. Very helpful, from plan to fruition. Always kept us informed of progress and unforeseen delays,(manufacturing/weather). Great products, noticed the difference as soon as windows were fitted. Triple glaze highly recommended.
Really great service. I found D2R through this website and went for them after reading all of the good feedback so thought it only right I leave my own. A quality job. Very easy and friendly guys to work with. Reached out to Ben on WhatsApp and he's been brilliant at keeping us informed of the project progress from ordering the windows in, to fitting them with his work partner John. We have a huge sash bay window, and sash windows with arched tops, harder to come by of course, but they look stunning once fitted. The attention to detail and quality is top notch. Swept up and kept our little place tidy afterwords. A job well done.
We hired D2R to replace all of our windows and doors (minus front) in our townhouse - they were an absolute joy to deal with throughout the whole process. They were quick to respond to queries, took an incredible amount of care to prevent mess being left in the house, turned up early every day and even helped catch our dog when it got out. I have already recommended them to a colleague at work and would 100 % recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows and doors done. We now have triple glazing and are already feeling the difference.

D2R did a great job replacing 12 velux windows in our church building, originally installed over 30 years ago.
Excellent service from start to finish. Courteous & considerate, prompt and knowledgeable. John & Ben measured and quoted our job and delivered a first class service even though they had vehicle issues they never let us down and ensured our doors were fitted perfectly. Cant recommend their service enough.
I highly recommend this company. From the start, John and Ben have been exceptionally helpful, communicative, and professional. On installation day, they meticulously removed the old windows and installed a new balcony door and windows, all within a single day. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their work, and the results were stunning. I'm looking forward to calling them back for future projects. S.A.

Very impressed with their detailed knowledge and advice of both John and Ben. From the offset they took time out to listen to our requirements of triple glazed laminate windows (as we'd had a break-in a few years previous), with window restrictors to prevent our special needs son escaping. Even when we changed our mind and required additional work, nothing was too much trouble and a revised quotation sent. An agreed start date was given and work commenced. The mark of good tradesmen is when things go wrong due to the wrong supplies being sent by the window and frame manufactures, plus van problems! They kept us in the loop on things outside of their control. Both John and Ben are competent in their skills. As they had done such an excellent job on our windows we have given them additional work of a new 'A' rated front door and also replacement of 10 Velux windows in the church we attend.
Ben & John done a great job fitting our new front door, all done in a few hours, area was kept clean and tidy, both were really pleasant, definitely would recommend. Thanks both
