"I am indebted to DaisyMaidNE whose area manager responded to an urgent situation over the weekend to get a cleaner at very short notice to help get an aged relatives home up to standard for them to be allowed to be discharged from hospital. This firm helped us in the past and were great then too. Communication was prompt and positive and it got the job done. A regular cleaning service from another provider aimed at the elderly let the property get into a state unacceptable to send home to and failed again to sort the deep clean, hence the urgency. Well done Daisy and your delightful cleaner!"

"I was expecting a Deep Clean and was told when negotiating with the company that cleaning the inside of kitchen cupboards was part of the arrangement. I left the cleaners to it. I came back when they called me, to find that what they had done, they did well, but that the inside of the cupboards had not been done. They showed me the list they had been given which did not specify the cupboards. In other words I did not get a deep clean for my money."
