“Nick came to ;look at my job on 18 February. I'm still waiting for his formal report and will be hiring him for the job I need. They say first impressions are the most important thing and what stood out for me was Nick's honesty and genuine interest in my job and also his honesty about the extent of work necessary to fix the problem. There was no attempt by him to "upsell" the work required...just a plain common sense explanation of exectly what was required. As I say, I will be hiring him once the estimate arrives in the next day or so.”
