“Excellent service. Having trouble with our landlord regarding damp and mould issues so we wanted a report to show the areas of concern in the house and how to eliminate these issues. An in depth report was produced after investigation showing all of the areas we are losing heat, all of the damp areas, the areas where the moisture is the highest, where the seals are letting in the cold, and even parts of the roof that were insufficient. Friendly and professional throughout, and even offered more advice when I had questions about items the landlord offered us to rectify it. Thank you so much”
