Could not recommend Jesse and the team more. They were actually referred by our neighbour who previously used their services. The team of 3 were very friendly, clean and efficient. The quote that was given was final with no add on’s, if anything they carried out extra work than that was quoted! They went above and beyond to check and ensure there was no doubt of damp on an additional wall. Therefore, very pleased with their service. The team are not just practically experienced but experts in the theory of their profession. Again would highly recommend.

Due to distance unable to use but very helpful

I contacted this trader, initially by phone, regarding mould in our bedrooms. Owing to his distance from our house he was unable to attend. But he took the time and discussed the issues with me. He requested some photographs which I sent to him, and he phoned me back and suggested the possible issues and a solution. I found him very helpful and he put himself out to assist me.

Damp Proofing Rising Damp

I can't recommend Jesse enough - he's an absolute lifesaver. We had an issue with rising damp on a party wall which had been diagnosed after rot was discovered in our kitchen and all other sources of moisture ingress had been eliminated. We needed to get it fixed thoroughly and quickly so we could get our house back together after having had to strip the entire kitchen + floor out to remedy the problem. I spoke to Jesse on Tuesday and described the issue and sent a couple of pictures and he quickly sent an itinerary of works and an estimate. Despite being very busy (as the industry seems to be at the moment) he was able to shift things around to get to us on Wednesday morning - this next day service was so appreciated given the upheaval we've had to deal with. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard with a guarantee and the finish was excellent. The area was left clean and tidy and we couldn't be happier. 100% would recommend!

Damp Issues - fast response

We had two rooms which required damp proofing, one internal wall and an outside wall. It was a pleasure to work with Jesse. He is very pleasant and will explain everything that they will be doing. He is honest and trustworthy and you can leave him to get on with the job. The quality of his work is excellent and would be happy to recommend him. He has also done some work for my neighbour.

Our chimney was leaking, caused the wall in the living room to expand on both sides. Jesse broke away the old wall, re-built the wall and re-plastered it. Added in a waterproof layer. Also recommended to us to find the source of the leak at the top. He did a really good job, left it smooth, cleaned up afterwards. He came in with plastic to make sure not bringing in any dirt - was also wearing a mask with restrictions. Time from initial quote 2-3 weeks completed back in August or September. Asked for whats app pictures to give rough estimate, he came around to do the physical quote. Did a damp detector, found out it spread more than the photos shown. Revised quote given. We agreed to that. Would definitely recommend as responded to us, came across friendly, kept it all clean, straightforward - stuck to price and showed the evidence as well.
