We had two rooms which required damp proofing, one internal wall and an outside wall. It was a pleasure to work with Jesse. He is very pleasant and will explain everything that they will be doing. He is honest and trustworthy and you can leave him to get on with the job. The quality of his work is excellent and would be happy to recommend him. He has also done some work for my neighbour.

Our chimney was leaking, caused the wall in the living room to expand on both sides. Jesse broke away the old wall, re-built the wall and re-plastered it. Added in a waterproof layer. Also recommended to us to find the source of the leak at the top. He did a really good job, left it smooth, cleaned up afterwards. He came in with plastic to make sure not bringing in any dirt - was also wearing a mask with restrictions. Time from initial quote 2-3 weeks completed back in August or September. Asked for whats app pictures to give rough estimate, he came around to do the physical quote. Did a damp detector, found out it spread more than the photos shown. Revised quote given. We agreed to that. Would definitely recommend as responded to us, came across friendly, kept it all clean, straightforward - stuck to price and showed the evidence as well.

Came on time. Were nice and polite. Worked hard. Tidied up afterwards. Fair price. Good looks sound.

I can't recommend Jesse enough - he's an absolute lifesaver. We had an issue with rising damp on a party wall which had been diagnosed after rot was discovered in our kitchen and all other sources of moisture ingress had been eliminated. We needed to get it fixed thoroughly and quickly so we could get our house back together after having had to strip the entire kitchen + floor out to remedy the problem. I spoke to Jesse on Tuesday and described the issue and sent a couple of pictures and he quickly sent an itinerary of works and an estimate. Despite being very busy (as the industry seems to be at the moment) he was able to shift things around to get to us on Wednesday morning - this next day service was so appreciated given the upheaval we've had to deal with. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard with a guarantee and the finish was excellent. The area was left clean and tidy and we couldn't be happier. 100% would recommend!
