Dan's Garden Maintenance South West

Dan did a great job with our annual garden tidy up. Good comms, reasonable price and came across as a very pleasant and professional worker. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Received a message within an hour of posting. Following a few more messages, Dan said he would be there the next day! The advert I posted was on a Sunday so to not only have a reply but to come the following day (I was honestly expecting a week or 2) was fantastic. Was kept informed of an ETA and Dan done a fantastic job on cutting the grass. Very nice man and highly recommended.

A very mixed experience. Dan did some of agreed work then didn't come back the next day to complete or get in touch to say when he would. I was pleased that Dan cleared brambles. However hedge was not cut to a professional standard, I suggest if you use Dan being very specific in your instruction. We had days booked in, Dan dis not show on 2nd day due to a problem with his van, however this was quickly fixed and he did not show again nor communicate re next date.

Dan did a great job tidying up our overgrown garden. It was very easy to get a quote from him and book in a date and time. I would book in with him again.

Dan came and within 1.5 hours cleared all the weeds from my driveway front garden, and back garden. Dan was polite, cheerful, and did a great job.

Unfortunately, Dan did not arrive for the scheduled appointment and didn’t communicate in advance. After I reached out, he mentioned an emergency had occurred, which I understand can happen unexpectedly. However, there was no prior notice or apology for the delay or inconvenience caused, which I found disappointing. Clearer communication and a simple apology would have made a big difference.
