Work carried out: Exterior chimney stack rendered, Garden fencing erected, 1st floor wooden platform replaced and ceilings taken down and replastered. Price work all itemised and agreed start day kept. I found Dara Builders to be very professional, polite and very hard working, and at the end of each work day the workplace was cleaned. Photographic evidence was given for the roof work carried out. I would use again, and recommend Dara Builders.

Dara Builders were very professional. They ripped out an old bathroom and replaced with a modern version; dropped ceiling, new electrics, shower, sink, built in drawers, mirror with floor to ceiling tiling and downlighters. They never pulled the usual builder's trick of demanding piles of cash to buy materials. They just advised me when and where it was best to purchase materials and replacement items. Any additional stuff they bought was always accompanied by a receipt. Trust is a big thing, especially in London where it is in short supply. These guys were focused on the job. No messing about or running off to other jobs. They did things in stages which allowed me to make one or two small but key changes and additions along the way. They returned within a fortnight to address any snags. If only other builders worked in this way! See the pics.

Recently had Dara builders come and look at a fault in my bathroom electrical circuit. I had tried 3 other electricians who couldn't find the fault and walked away saying it was too difficult or couldn't be bothered and it would take too long. One of them even recommended I get my entire flat re-wired. Arian from Dara was the only person who actually took the time and was able to locate and fix the problem. The price they charged was very reasonable so upon offering a tip, he declined but only asked I write a review if I was satisfied with the work, which of course I am more than happy to do. Extremely courteous and amiable. Highly recommend.

I hate having workmen in the house but the Dara team made it (almost) a pleasure (no one likes plaster dust). They communicated really well, they did what they said they would do when they said that they would do it or if there were glitches they explained. Their standards are high, they cleaned up after themselves well and I am really happy with how good my house looks now. I was sourcing the materials but they gave me lots of advice and guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Substantial restoration of a ground floor period property in North London (Bounds Green), including fitting fireplace and gas fire, repairs to roof and chimney, sanding of floors, moving and replacing radiators, building fitted kitchen, installing new bathroom, floor and wall tiles, constructing real stone patio, erecting shed, trimming trees, outside sink, security light and power supply, installing door canopies, coving to ceilings, painting, wallpapering and decorating. All done to a high standard, on time, professionally; workers were courteous, friendly, clean and punctual; work was done on time and within budget; care was taken at all times, and I was consulted frequently when decisions were needed.

I had my bathroom and cloakroom refurbished by Arian and Afrim of Dara Builders. Everything, from plumbing and tiling to replastering and finishing touches, was done to a high standard. They were very hardworking and concerned to get everything as I wanted it. They were punctual and extremely tidy and I am using them again for other jobs - which says it all. Helen, Kentish Town.

Dara Builders did a good ,clean, and tidy job of wallpapering my flat. Turned up on time and did the work exactly how I wanted it, unlike some builders !
