Darley Plumbing is a real family-run business. Dan is reliable, professional and well-qualified and has an extensive knowledge of all matters heating and plumbing. He charges a fair price for his work and his 30 years of experience show in his ability to come up with solutions to any problems he encounters. Dan has already installed a new oil boiler and an unvented hot water cylinder for me and is currently renewing an en-suite bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. He will next be completely renewing my heating system including all pipework and radiators to my house and garage. Dan is pleasant and down to earth, with a good sense of humour. Tess, who looks after the admin side is extremely efficient and very nice to deal with. She always responds quickly by phone or email to any queries. I can confidently recommend Darley Plumbing - no matter what the job requires, they will sort it out!"

We have had Dan carry out two jobs recently, one being our gas boiler replacement last December 2024 and more recently the replacement of our electric shower unit in the en-suite. Dan's expertise in the recommendation of replacements to meet our budget was very welcomed. Dan is very hard working and ensures a job is well done and that the customer is happy with the completed work. We also found Tess (in the office) very polite, quick to respond to all our communications. Both Dan and Tess make a good team. Trust is important and you can definitely trust him, he doesn't charge more than the work he has done, he takes pride in his work, and turns up when he says he will. I have emailed them a few times with questions that they are happy to answer, and they respond to them really quickly. His wife helps out from an admin position, and is always really friendly. I have no complaints.
