I am a repeat customer from Dan, he has enormous knowledge, enjoys the challenge of my ancient old house and is always helpful, professional and punctual….nothing is too much trouble, and his warm approachable personality means you are in good hands. He has done additional work at my elderly mothers, where his patience, professionalism and skill at making a frail elderly person still feel in charge of the situation was a masterclass in running a business and understanding the clients needs. I cannot recommend him enough, and he is my first call for any plumbing and heating issues, a master of his trade with a real interest in people….
Very pleased with the work carried out. Talked me through all the repairs carried out along with our boiler replacement. Dan kept his work area very clean and tidy. Thank you
Would highly recommend Dan. This is the second time he has done work on my home and I have been really happy both times with his work. He is professional and friendly and kept me updated with each work stage. I now have a lovely bathroom which I love.
Dan is a really nice guy, down to earth, and he explains everything to you so that you can understand. We have used him multiple times, he is a top guy.
Dan is a great character to have around. He certainly knows his stuff and did everything he quoted for and more. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for all household plumbing needs and commercial. Excellent small business who have the personal touch 😊

Very friendly and excellent service
Trust is important and you can definitely trust him, he doesn't charge more than the work he has done, he takes pride in his work, and turns up when he says he will. I have emailed them a few times with questions that they are happy to answer, and they respond to them really quickly. His wife helps out from an admin position, and is always really friendly. I have no complaints.
Darnley Plumbing have worked for us on numerous occasions now. Reliable, punctual, polite, clean and tidy with their work and always do a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
Dan is such a nice person,always helpful and his work is fantastic.My bathroom looks amazing .The workmanship is great,I am totally impressed and would happily recommend Dan .
We have had Dan carry out two jobs recently, one being our gas boiler replacement last December 2024 and more recently the replacement of our electric shower unit in the en-suite. Dan's expertise in the recommendation of replacements to meet our budget was very welcomed. Dan is very hard working and ensures a job is well done and that the customer is happy with the completed work. We also found Tess (in the office) very polite, quick to respond to all our communications. Both Dan and Tess make a good team. We highly recommend Darley Plumbing and Heating Ltd., for quality, value and responding to all communications.
Darley Plumbing is a real family-run business. Dan is reliable, professional and well-qualified and has an extensive knowledge of all matters heating and plumbing. He charges a fair price for his work and his 30 years of experience show in his ability to come up with solutions to any problems he encounters. Dan has already installed a new oil boiler and an unvented hot water cylinder for me and is currently renewing an en-suite bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. He will next be completely renewing my heating system including all pipework and radiators to my house and garage. Dan is pleasant and down to earth, with a good sense of humour. Tess, who looks after the admin side is extremely efficient and very nice to deal with. She always responds quickly by phone or email to any queries. I can confidently recommend Darley Plumbing - no matter what the job requires, they will sort it out!"
