Dan and his team worked in a methodical way, explaining their work and ensuring we were happy with positioning of the new boiler and pipework. Always respectful to ourselves and the property, ensuring everything disturbed was returned to a satisfactory condition, leaving neat and tidy. Happy to explain system operation and improvements they could make to our Megaflow hot water system when asked about issues we have been experiencing. We were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend DB Plumbing and Heating as a local and reliable company.

My tenant reported a leak in the bathroom which made a 3sq ft wet patch in the carpet in the next door room. We isolated the supply but needed a fix. I contacted Dan and gave him the tenants details. Dan booked an appt, attended and fixed the leak. Tenant said he was a nice chap as well :) Happy tenant = happy landlord. Will def use again.
