David came to assess the issue with my roof that was leaking. After examining the area, he soon identified the problem and showed me the photographic evidence. We agreed a price and he completed the job straightaway. I considered him to be professional and helpful and gave me a good price. I would not hesitate to call him out for any future roofing maintenance.

I had a leak for months, and David at DB Roofing & Building Maintenance came out on short notice and did an amazing job. The team was quick, efficient, professional, and the communication was top quality throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofer!
David promptly responded to an emergency call out and ensured the leaking area was temporarily fixed. He clearly explained the work required to fix the roof properly with a competitive quote, and no obligation to go ahead. Work was then completed promptly to a high standard. Great communication throughout and very tidy, nothing was too much trouble despite tricky access and several repairs required from previous roofers. I would happily recommend DB Roofing & Maintenance.

Thankful for your prompt assistance
We were informed of some missing/loose pointing by another contractor. David was quick to respond, visit the site, and gave a clear assessment. He noticed some additional issues while up there, but was not pushy at all and kindly quoted for all relevant parts separately. He came when planned and completed the work well. Many thanks

I was really impressed with D B Roofing — they carried out my roof repair quickly and professionally. The team arrived on time, identified the problem straight away, and had everything fixed in no time. Great communication, efficient service, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable and speedy roof repairs!
David did an excellent job of repairing multiple cracked and loose tiles on my bay window roof. He was prompt in pricing up the job and I really appreciated that he actually brought the work forward from the date originally agreed. The work was excellent value
David was kind enough to fit us in re a small job fixing a roof tile. Turned up quickly and all done in minutes for a good price.
