"I can highly recommend Doug and his fire alarm services. We asked him to reposition a manual call point and replace an old wall-mounted unit with a new minimalist flush-mounted one. The job wasn’t straightforward, and he needed to come back three times to complete all the work. His pricing is very reasonable, he always showed up as agreed, and he carried out the entire task in a professional manner."
"DDL Security were, firstly, the only company that responded positively to my request for assistance with a faulty intercom system. Their engineer attended within 48 hours and diagnosed what was thought to be a faulty module. This was ordered and a return visit was arranged but further research identified a burnt-out element, a much cheaper item. A short delay occurred but this was replaced with the engineer spending a great deal of time checking and commissioning the system. It was then established that one of seven hand-sets was faulty and this is currently on order to be installed shortly"
