Their engineer attended within 48 hours and diagnosed what was thought to be a faulty module. This was ordered and a return visit was arranged but further research identified a burnt-out element, a much cheaper item. A short delay occurred but this was replaced with the engineer spending a great deal of time checking and commissioning the system. It was then established that one of seven hand-sets was faulty and this is currently on order to be installed shortly”
