Dean done a great job and offered advice when asked
Dean gave a rough estimate over the phone but did warn me that there could be a variation depending on site conditions but I was happy to proceed without him coming round to check. I knew I had some issues that were likely to cause a variation. Before he started he provided a revised estimate and explained the reasons which I was happy with. His attention to detail is excellent. He brought several existing defects to my attention and gave me options for remediation which has left me with a first class finish. I am very pleased with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend Dean.
