Dean was honest enough to say it just needed tightening- which he did in a matter of minutes. Not only did he sort the problem out, he did not take any money from her. Dean Reid is highly recommended. Dean is an honest guy. Excellent worker. He responds quickly and Is always on time. Dean services my boiler for me every year. Very reasonable with his pricing. I am always happy with his work. I recommended Dean for a friend who needed a new boiler. She was a 100% happy with his work.
Dean provided an excellent service from start to finish . Communication was clear , he showed up on time , the work carried out was completed efficiently and professionally. Dean was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of Deans work was top notch . I’d highly recommend Dean Reid Heating to anyone looking for reliable and honest heating services .
I made a mistake on my first review for Dean my review was 5 stars all the way through from start to finish Dean was on time told me everything he was going to do and showed me how the thermostat worked and even cleaned up after himself I certainly won't be asking anyone else to service the boiler and I don't put my trust in a lot of people but I will certainly be telling all my friends and family and passing on Deans tel no
Dean was brilliant always on time told me what he was going to do as he fitted a new wireless thermostat and a boiler service showed me how to use it and even cleaned up afterwards with his dustpan and brush . Always polite and easy to talk to. 5 stars every time from Patricia.

Dean fixed a leak from a toilet pipe, and although only a small job was quick & thorough & didn’t charge me, which I did not expect.. Dean was polite & courteous, and was clean and tidied up after the repair was done. I will use again & would recommend.

Dean was sourced for me via a lift installation company. I had 4 sets of pipework which needed shifting. From first contact to leaving after completing the necessary work Dean was just brilliant. This guy is golden we've just had a complete kitchen gut out down to the stop cock replacement and repositioning new all 1st fix pipe work was spot on he worked around us even travelled from Warwick at short notice to adjust pipe work 2nd fix was spot on we had a cook tap which was not easy plus water filter drilled the pottery sink perfectly plus dishwasher washing machine waste connection connected the rangmaster cooker no issues and new radiator with new valves which made me very happy oh yer xmas called him thought our boiler was leaking net us the same day sorted it iv been in the trade he's spot on 👍🏻👍🏻 will always use him 👍🏻

Dean was absolutely wonderful. He explained what the problem was and what my options were to fix it. He kept me up to date and informed, and, answered all my "so why do you do that...?" questions while he was working. He kept the area tidy while he was working and cleaned up once he was done. Dean is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him!
