I contacted Dean about a gas safety check and a couple of plumbing issues in my flat. He was very efficient, getting back to me a with a fair quote for the job, and fitted me in within a week. He was polite, friendly and professinal, sorted the gas safety in no time and advised me on the plumbing at no additional charge. I would happily recommend him :)

Dean was on time, well mannered, knowledgeable and efficient. He came last week for an inspection of the issues, explained what needs to be done, provided a clear quote, clarified my questions reg. the issue and quotes, scheduled a convenient date and time, turned up on time, did everything he set out to do in a timely manner. Impressed. Glad to have found a plumber who's fair with price/quotes and reliable in workmanship.
We have used Dean for a variety of plumbing jobs over the last few years, including the replacement of under sink water heaters, fixing broken pipes, installation of new shower units and sorting out a blocked sink! He has become our go-to plumber for the building (which has four apartments). Communication is always excellent and he always explains the problem and deals with the issues professionally. I would highly recommend his work.

Dean has done various plumbing jobs for me over the last few years; routine boiler servicing and gas safety certificates, and fixing leaks and drainage issues. He came and installed a new boiler yesterday. He's done a great job and found and rectified a number of additional issues with the preious installation I wasn't aware of.
