All the staff were so respectful of us and our property. Having Phil as the constant was great, we always knew what was happening and he went out of his way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Everything was cleaned away at the end of the day. The level of perfection, attention to detail and professionalism was beyond my expectation. Would highly recommend them.”
“Brilliant service from start to finish. Izzy did all the quotes and visits beforehand and made sure we got exactly what we wanted Dean and team did an excellent and professional job in fitting the bathroom. Came back to sort a couple of snags and promised us they were there to sort any future problems. It took slightly longer than expected because they found a couple of problems they wanted to resolve for us We are now so happy with the result and would definitely recommend them again”
“My first contact with Dean Taylor Bathrooms was a long conversation with Izzy during which she noted down what we wanted in the bathroom renovation and made several suggestions to help keep to our budget. She visited to take measurements and provide a quote, then spent several hours with us in her showroom helping us to choose wall coverings and fixtures. She was so patient and helpful and never made us feel rushed. Dean and his colleagues completed the work professionally and to a high standard. We're delighted with the finished bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.”

Dean Taylor Bathrooms were very helpful right from the planning phase of the project through to completion. They advised us what was possible, accompanied us to a suppliers where they helped us choose the most practical and cost effective products for our up grading project. The work was carried out in our holiday let cottage so timing and planning was essential to ensure the work fitted into gaps in the booking schedule. Dean Taylor met the agreed time scale exactly. The quality of the work was excellent and the cottage was left clean and tidy suitable for the next guests to book straight in.

Izzie, Dean and her team were exceptional. Izzie has excellent listening skills, helping me create a design which suited my property keeping old features, and modernising the rest in a way sympathetic to the cottage. Her artistic vision was spot on. Dean works to very high standards and checks everything . The team were excellent craftsmen and I trusted them implicitly. I will book them for future work and would be reluctant to use anyone else. They are busy, so you have to be patient with administrative matters, but its worth the quality, which is excellent.

From the beginning of our experience with the company we felt confident our wishes would be prioritised and that anything we wanted would be possible. Communications were really good and timely. A lot of trouble was taken to keep the rest of the house as clean and usable as possible; at the end of every day all work areas were thoroughly cleaned. We were impressed at the expertise of all members of the team, and felt confident that the work would be safe and well carried out. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the team were great to have around. The bathrooms are very good indeed.

From the very beginning, Izzy and Dean were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and exceptionally understanding and prompt. The workmanship was of absolute top quality and even when there were bits that needed to be put in, I was in constant contact with Izzy who was extremely reassuring, chatty and her and Dean it was just like being in another loving, friendly family as that was the impression they left with us. We would definitely recommend them as they will look after you from start to finish, their work is of the very highest quality and their prices are exceptionally reasonable.

We moved into a house earlier this year that needed substantial renovation work. We wanted to work with a company that made things simple and Dean and Izzy were it. All work carried out was outstanding, the spaces we had renovated look amazing. The things we noticed were the touches. I’m a perfectionist and Dean thinks the same. Izzy is incredible at finding solutions and workarounds based on navigating out of stock materials, budget constraints and is always creative in approach. If you’re on the fence about working with these guys, trust them, they’re fantastic.

From design through to completion the whole team were faultless. From meeting with Izzy to choose bathroom furniture through to removing all protective materials through the house on completion of the job I was impressed. The work involved redecoration, tiling, installation of new plumbing, organising suitable electrical contractors, and complete installation of all bathroom furniture. A great job! On time, on budget.

From the moment Izzy came to carry out a survey of our bathroom we knew that we would be using Dean Taylor Bathrooms. The customer service was fantastic compared to others we had visit. The process of removing the old bathroom and completely moving and changing everything was superb. When Dean came round at the end of the job, he made sure that things he wasn't happy with (that we hadn't noticed) was fix/sorted/finished before he was happy to sign it off.

From the first appointment with Izzy to the finished job, Dean and the team have been amazing. Everyone has been exceptional, clean, tidy, helpful, professional, excellent time keeping and a pleasure to deal with. We were consulted along the journey and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Dean Taylor Bathrooms Limited enough. All I can say is WOW - the bathroom looks amazing - someone even commented saying "Its like a posh hotel bathroom". I would definitely recommend this company. They went to a great effort to keep my home clean and tidy. Time keeping was excellent. They were courteous and polite. The quality of the work and service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Communication between the office and myself was very good they kept me informed every step of the way. I will score them 10 out of 10.
