"We needed a deep clean for a recently purchased 2 bedroom, 2 floor property. Lauren was very accommodating on the start time as completion didn’t take place till around 13:30 on a Friday. We had booked a couple of hours deep clean including carpets. While some areas looked clean, others like the fridge and freezer were missed (Lauren did offer to return the following week but we decided to clean it ourselves as we had food etc to move in). Some parts of the bedroom and a few kitchen cabinet shelves were still a bit dirty. I hope this is due to lack of time."
