"Dan and Dave were great! We conversed from S.Wales as the job was for my MIL, and she was flustered and upset by others lack of response or behaviours. They arrived promptly to quote and completed the job within a few days to help ease her anxiety! She stated they were confident in their work, friendly and very respectful of her property. Chatted to her and explained what they were doing, why it had to be done a certain way (the original job by others was beyond horrific!) and what to expect as the plaster dried.
