He arrived early, and sorted it out within 20 minutes and charged an incredibly reasonable £20 - what an amazing service! He bought it back to us a few days later to dispose of and didn’t charge anything as he hadn’t done any work, so we gave him a tip. Derek was very honest and was quick to respond. I’m sure if they didn’t make TV’s so disposable and unfixable he would’ve been able to fix it!"

Dennis visited our house on Good Friday to try and fix our TV. Not being able to do it in situ he took it away over Easter weekend and ultimately found it was irreparable.
