“From start to finish Ricky was brilliant. It’s always difficult finding trades that you haven’t used before but after reading some reviews I got in touch with Derbyshire Damp. Ricky came out quickly to quote, was honest and informative about the work that needed doing and provided an itemised quote with no pressure at all. During the works he always turned up on time, was friendly, always cleaned up after himself and takes pride in his work. 100% recommend I’ve already mentioned to several people I know a great damp specialist if needed”
“We had persistent damp stains on the chimney breast and adjoining wall in a bedroom. Ricky explained what caused the damp and the work needed to eradicate the problem. We were impressed with his knowledge and felt we could trust him to do the job. We weren't disappointed. Ricky demonstrated great expertise. He had to take the plaster off back to the brickwork and remove the skirting, before applying a sealant and a membrane and then replastering and restoring the skirting. The workmanship was excellent. Ricky cleaned up and took all the rubble away with him as he went along.”
