He always arrived on time, and completed all of the work skilfully and at a reasonable price that matched the quotation exactly. He had a good knowledge of what had caused the cracks and explained beforehand exactly what did and did not need doing and was very reassuring. In other words he is an honest, competent, experienced and trustworthy professional and I would recommend him for any pointing and brickwork repairs.”
