Excellent service. Deri is a really nice chap, great quote given and no extras added on. He started on time and finished in 1 day. I would highly recommend.

I had snapped a bleed valve off a very expensive towel rail. Deri would not give up until it was fixed. Eventually resulted in the valve being drilled out and a new valve engineered and re-fitted, but otherwise would have cost me over £X to replace. Deri was very professional and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and using him again. Also had a problem with my underfloor heating. Deri quickly identified the problem, identified online a supplier of the faulty component and returned to fit it.

Deri did an absolutely fantastic job. He arrived promptly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up any mess created as he went along to a very high standard. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable tradesman. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others and will be using his services again in the future.

I called Deri Thomas Heating and Gas Services today for a quick quote about a leak on my boiler. He came out within hours. Wow. He was very polite and professional, took the time to establish where the leak was coming from. He tightened all nuts/bolts and fingers crossed this will remedy the problem. Very professional work considerate, clean very tidy. Deri explained the controlling of the thermostat. We were asked our choice of boiler and style of radiators to be fitted. Could not fault any of his work, a gentleman. Would highly recommend Deri without hesitation great job done. HAPPY DAYS

Deri replaced my boiler, flushed my central heating system, added a new radiator, installed a new thermostat and fixed my soil stack. I can't find fault with Deri or his workmanship, would recommend and have no hesitation in having him back for any future work.

I wanted a new combi-boiler installed in a new location (moved from a bedroom to the kitchen). It was a bit of a tricky job, but I was impressed by the systematic way that Deri approached the job and the clear advice he provided. He kept me informed throughout the process and I am pleased with the finished job, which seems to have been completed to a high standard. Deri seems to have the full range of equipment required and tidied up carefully after the job. He certainly seems to know what he is doing and I felt his quotation was competitive.
