"Early on a Saturday morning woke up with no heating or hot water. Contacted Dave via message as I didn’t know if he worked weekends, he replied with in minutes. He expressed he was very busy but was going to try his best to help in anyway he could. Firstly running me through a few diagnostic routes unfortunately to no avail. So Dave then visited me in-between jobs to diagnose the issue, he then left again swiftly to keep his word to his booked customers and came back late Saturday evening with the part require and finished the job! Nice bloke, swift and honest job done at a fair price"
