"David was quick to get in touch, he arranged a date to visit and sent a quote the next day. The quote was very reasonable and David was able to start later on that week. David and his assistant are very hardworking, the job wasn't as straightforward as initially thought but that didn't stop them; they also tidied up where they were working at the end of each day. David is reliable and gave regular updates on the job and how/where the money was spent. David completed the job quickly and to a high standard. I have already asked him for a quote on another job in the garden."

"David replied promptly and did a site visit to make an assessment. However by the time work started he had suffered a change in circumstances and instead of all work being carried out in one day (Monday) he took part days on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The tree cutting was carried out well and he seems skilled and knowledgeable but he did not finish clearing up as agreed (leading to a complaint from a neighbour) and has stopped replying to messages. While I am sympathetic to his issues, this is not professional and I will need to hire someone else to finish up."
