Excellent. The plumber responded promptly, tried a conservative solution first to save me money, but when it failed got on with obtaining the parts and carrying out a proper repair. If I have any plumbing problems in future I know where to turn.
Excellent experience with Ian, he was professional and courteous throughout. Job completed in good time. Very informative and helpful!
