Extremely stressful experience, still ongoing. Deposit paid start of April, work on windows began 7 May 2024, still not complete (19 June)! Initially, only one tradesman came to fit windows, which he did not finish. Kitchen window had to be completely redone becasue of damage done during install. Windwos were syupposed to be finished yesterday (finally), but facia work was done poorly and will have to be re-done. Conservatory base was built poorly and conservatory construction delayed because of incorrect measurements. Email complaints are ignored with no replies given. No end in sight...
