The guys who carried out the work were great, friendly and professional. However the big issue was we gave a rough estimate of boxes etc and they quoted 5 hours. It actually took them 9.5 hours ( which we had to pay for the extra) and then the van wasnt big enough for all out things so we had to leave the remainder of our items with a neighbour and drive the hour back the next day to collect. When we complained about the price ( the extra 4.5 hours) they blamed us for not being more accurate with our items. Its an average 2 bedroom flat and we didn't even have any wardrobes.

It was a very seamless process working with Dinev's Q&E Removals and communication was great throughout. Mr Dinev offered a very personal service, with quick communication via email and text message, and was able to help us out (at no additional cost) when we were forced to push our move date back by four days. The removals team themselves were punctual and really helpful at both collection and delivery points - going the extra mile despite facing challenges with limited/tight access down to our new basement flat. We would highly recommend this service - very reliable and well priced.
Amazing from start to finish. Perfect service moving to York from Loughton. Great price and the guys that moved us were really friendly and did move in such a quick time.
