The removals team themselves were punctual and really helpful at both collection and delivery points - going the extra mile despite facing challenges with limited/tight access down to our new basement flat. "The guys who carried out the work were great, friendly and professional. However the big issue was we gave a rough estimate of boxes etc and they quoted 5 hours. It actually took them 9.5 hours ( which we had to pay for the extra) and then the van wasnt big enough for all out things so we had to leave the remainder of our items with a neighbour and drive the hour back the next day to collect. When we complained about the price ( the extra 4.5 hours) they blamed us for not being more accurate with our items. Its an average 2 bedroom flat and we didn't even have any wardrobes."
