Highlights
“Richard was really quick to sort out gutter issue and promptly sorted it out. Would use him again and recommend him!”
“Richard from Direct Home Improvements did a great job cleaning out and sealing my concrete gutters. He arrived when he said he would, explained clearly what needed doing, and got straight to work. The gutters were in a poor state before, but he cleaned them thoroughly and sealed them properly so everything now looks tidy and well protected. He was polite, professional, and left the area clean afterwards. I’m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend him to anyone needing gutter work done.”
“Direct home improvements was one of 3 companies I asked to quote. Richard was the only one who did some proper research and investigated the problem properly and thouroughly taking pictures to show me afterwards . His advice was very concise and helpful and his quote was competitive. I chose this company to do the work as he demonstrated clearly that he had the knowledge and experience to do a good job. The work was carried out to the high standard he promised and he provided a warranty for 15 years to cover any future issues. he is a pleasant friendly and respectful contractor.”

About this business
What to check before you hire
Roofing isn't licensed, so anyone can set up - and it's a trade with more than its share of cowboys. A big re-roof must meet building regulations; CompetentRoofer (the Government-authorised NFRC scheme) registers roofers who can self-certify that, and vets and inspects them at least twice a year. Check they're on it before you hire.
