This tradesman arrived on time, was clearly a qualified electrician who knew his business and diagnosed and fixed the problem after some investigation using his testing equipment. He was agreeable, polite and listened carefully to my account of the fault. His charge was moderate and reasonable given the two hours of his time that it occupied. I would employ him again and commend him to others in need of a reliable electrician.
