Mat came to my Mothers bungalow and found dry rot that had previously been treated by another company which had failed.Mats work is exceptional explaining step by step what was going to be done and how to prevent it coming back again.I would highly recommend District Damp And Waterproofing 100%

A survey of the property (a 200 year old stone house) identified some possible problems with damp in the cellar and recommended getting a damp specialist to make a more detailed report. Mathew responded quickly to my enquiry and visited the property quite soon afterwards. He provided really helpful, detailed information on the issues raised. He found that there were a number of problems but was also able to show that they were not as extensive as we had feared. Throughout the process he was clear in his communications and very pleasant to deal with. I'd not hesitate to recommend him.
Matt from District Damp Proofing responded really quickly to my enquiry via Checkatrade, and was very friendly and helpful on the phone. We agreed a fair price and a date for the job, and Matt and the team arrived on time and completed the tanking job quickly and efficiently. It was carried out in good time from enquiry to completion as well, and the team were on site for 4 days. The guys on the job were efficient, helpful and friendly, and very tidy too.
