“Although the work was carried out satisfactorily we are still waiting for our promised guarantee. Have contacted the rep and sent emails but are being completely ignored. What good is damp proofing without a guarantee? Will have to consider legal route. Very poor service”

Very disappointed, I can only hope that the work done has been done correctly - I’m afraid I’m not confident they knew what they were doing. Total lack of customer service ( since they got my money) no response to emails , texts or phone calls - still waiting for my certificate of guarantee.
