"Dan turned up to quote on a very cold and damp day, but nothing seemed to dampen his spirit and he cheerfully went up and found the problem area of the roof, taking photos of all damage and explaining what needed to be done. Happy with the quote we went ahead and booked him for his earliest available appointment. He turned up on the day and time requested and started work immediately, even undertaking a little extra job of removing an old satellite dish while up on the roof. All works completed quickly, cleaning up after, and pictures again taken to show results. Excellent work all round."
