Dean is a friendly and highly professional guy. He went above and beyond and sorted a couple of other issues whilst on site. His prices are fair and competitive and I will absolutely be using his services again.
New fuse box installation
Dean was very prompt, worked quickly and was mindful to let us know when the electricity would be switched off/on at every step. He explained what he was doing and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely use his services again.
DKJ electrical provided a great experience; he responded quickly to my enquiry, came round for a discussion of works and provided me with a prompt quote and date for carrying out the works. He turned up bang on time, was extremely courtious of our space by laying floor protection and kept everything really clean and asked about specifics to make sure we were happy before proceeding. We are so thrilled with the finish of the lighting and outdoor socket and felt it was excellent value for money for such a great job done. Thank you again, would fully recommend.

Dean came out at short notice to an emergency call out. Despite what had clearly been a long day for him, he was friendly, helpful, and sorted the issue. Dean went above and beyond, and despite the lateness of the hour he managed to source rare parts, and returned to ensure the work was finished, and completed. He displays a level of customer satisfaction, rarely seen in tradespeople. Dean has done a couple of jobs for me now, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dean is the man! I'll definitely be going back to him in the future for any electrical work. He fitted a floodlight for us and was incredibly friendly, professional and did some great work. Very impressed with the workmanship, communication and professionalism. Wanted various electrical work doing from fitting new lights / sockets but also a couple of traditional electric column radiators and thermostats. I thought these might be tricky but they were completed to a high standard with ease.

Dean is such a lovely lad and his work was excellent . Tidied up after himself . We where ladies on our own and felt so comfortable with him and didn't feel intimidated by him like we have done with other workmen before . Would highly recommended him he goes above and beyond . Full of knowledge and answered all our questions however simple they was . Will be using him again for some more jobs in the future . I also feel we paid the correct price for the job as Dean did some extra jobs for us without hesitation .
