“David Churchill was excellent to deal with, especially as it took 18 months for me and the owner of the downstairs flat to get our act together enough to commission the work! He was patient, courteous and trustworthy throughout the whole process. As we don't live at the properties, which are rented out (and I live abroad), it was great to receive photos showing the state of the paintwork before and after the repairs and repainting. He also sent a detailed quotation for each task so that the other owner and I could see who was responsible for paying what. Very pleased with the results too.”
