He was patient, courteous and trustworthy throughout the whole process. As we don't live at the properties, which are rented out (and I live abroad), it was great to receive photos showing the state of the paintwork before and after the repairs and repainting. He also sent a detailed quotation for each task so that the other owner and I could see who was responsible for paying what. Very pleased with the results too."
