Lewis and his team supplied and fitted bannisters and spindles to our staircase. They were punctual and polite throughout the day. The works were completed to the highest standard and was delivered to the agreed price. They were clean and tidy and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Dave, Lewis and the guys had already completed our 1st floor refurb and they completed the loft conversion to a high standard. We had a master bedroom with french doors and juliette balcony, a spare room and a linen cupboard undertaken. There is an ensuite which was plumbed and capped to be finished at a later date. The guys are all friendly and professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend DLR. They also replaced the roof and new roof tiles. We are so pleased and hopefully will have them back to complete a kitchen extension

We are so pleased we found Dave, Lewis and the team at DLR Building Services. The work we requested was multi faceted and they simply took everything in their stride, from the creation of a large gazebo wooden structure, through to decking, picket fencing and patio laying - all tasks were carried out and completed to a superb standard. Every single aspect of the service really was first class - pricing, communication, reliability, workmanship, tidiness. Would highly recommend and best part for us - we now no longer need to search for a trusted builder. DLR, thank you so much!

Dave, Lewis and the team were great. They were very professional from the offset. We had an initial few meetings to discuss everything we wanted. We had 3 bedrooms stripped out, re-plastered, new doors, architraves, skirtings, a few new walls and new ceilings (not initially planned) and a new bathroom. We had a new boiler and rads and plumbed and rewired too. They are a great bunch of guys and hard workers. They completed the work to a time frame. Everything was finished to a high standard and they always kept us informed and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Lewis and his team were so great to work along side. If I had any questions they were there to always help me. Also I can’t believe how tidy the kept the site which I was worried about before we started any work!

DLR were tasked to plaster a room which was in a really bad way due to cracks/woodchip wallpaper and crumbling walls. They were booked in for two days to complete the works but were able to do everything that was needed to finish the job in one day as they worked flat out and the result is fantastic. Their standard of work is exceptional, I honestly didn’t think this room could be rescued. The guys were punctual, polite and tidy throughout, for what I know to be a really messy job. We have plenty more work to do in the house and I will be using the guys again for future works!

Really pleased with the look and quality of our new extension and patio. We were keen to ensure the extension blended well with the existing house, matching the bricks, windows etc wherever possible. Dave, Lewis and the team did a great job, always prepared to offer advice and make improvements. The site was always left clean and tidy and they were always mindful of any inconvenience to neighbours. Would certainly recommend.

Polite and professional throughout the installation. The guys were really mindful in keeping the area as clean and tidy as possible throughout the day. They were punctual and reliable. The standard of workmanship far exceeded our expectations and we’re absolutely delighted with the finished product. We have already booked the guys back in for our next project.

The work was finished to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the results. Nothing was too much trouble. We did ask for some additional work to be done once they had started, they were happy to oblige. Quotes for the additional work was given promptly, which meant we could agree on the price quickly so that it did not hold up the project completion. Really nice guys to work with and were no trouble. Would definitely recommend.
