"We purchased a property which required a remodel of all pipe work and replacement and relocation of existing radiators. The boiler was located in an upstairs bedroom so we wanted this moved downstairs into our newly established utility room. Dave engaged quickly with a quote for the job and various ideas. He decommissioned and removed the old boiler and replaced with a new boiler to provide a 10year guarantee. He also took or relocated all legacy pipe work . Dave grafted to the the job done and left our property as clean and Tidy as possible on completion. All in all a great job!"
