“My boiler broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I contacted DMB late Sunday afternoon & received back, almost instantly a response asker for some further detail. I was told that they could come out the following afternoon. They arrived in the early afternoon & repaired the boiler very quickly, despite having to leave to get a new board. The service & communications were excellent & Dean is very friendly & knowledgable.”
